Copyright Permission and Release Form
Because of your participation in the WLIA Annual Conference, the Wisconsin Land Information Association, (WLIA), is interested in receiving permission to include your presentation listed in Section A. in the annual WLIA Conference DVD that will be published and distributed to all WLIA members.

It is acknowledged by this document that you expressly grant the WLIA and its successors the privilege to include poster entries or presentation materials on the WLIA Conference DVD. The DVD is prepared following the annual conference as a benefit for association members.

By including your poster entry or presentation materials you acknowledge that you have full authority to and rights of all contributing members that have cooperated in creating the materials. In addition you acknowledge that your contribution does not contain any information that is unlawful, libelous, or violative of any person’s right to privacy and/or publicity.

By selecting yes above you acknowledge that you are fully aware that your poster entry or presentation materials will be included on the 2009 WLIA Annual Conference DVD.
